Precisa Gravimetrics AG is one of Switzerland’s flagship innovators in weighing and analytical measurement. Precisa is part of the Hong Kong global group company Techcomp Instruments, a group of scientific instrument manufacturers.
As Product Manager, you will be the strategic owner of Precisa’s flagship product lines. You will blend technical understanding, commercial thinking, creativity and customer insight to drive the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch and continuous improvement. As Product Manager, you will lead product strategy, oversee development, coordinate cross functional activities, and ensure that every product released reflects Swiss precision, innovation, and reliability. This is a global role with international travel required particularly within Europe, the role is based at our HQ in Dietikon, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Take overall responsibility for the international commercial success and budget achievement of the product line.
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define, enrich, and prioritise the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Create timelines and roadmaps for product development and launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Meet regularly with production and R&D to share forecasts, lead times, and product development updates.
- Facilitate communication between technical and commercial stakeholders.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends.
- Collect and analyse user feedback, market data, and competitor insights to inform product strategy.
- Benchmark against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing products.
- Perform sales analysis and contribute to forecast and budget reviews.
Commercial & Marketing Support
- Support the sales team and dealer network with technical know-how, marketing material, and training.
- Define and implement operational marketing calendars, budgets, and campaigns.
- Elaborate, update, and distribute marketing materials and sales kits.
Business Case Development
- Prepare and lead business cases for new products or enhancements.
- Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies.
Customer Advocacy
- Represent customer needs internally and ensure products deliver tangible value.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions.
External Representation
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and events related to the product or sector.
- Deliver presentations at seminars, workshops, and conferences throughout Europe.
- Present ideas and information accurately in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in Product or Project Management within scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or high-tech hardware sectors.
- Strong technical affinity with the ability to understand complex technologies.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work in both English and German.
- Scientific degree (Technical, Sciences or similar). Candidates who do not have a degree that can demonstrate relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Candidate must possess a valid EU work permit or EU residency qualification.

Customer Service Representative - Dietikon
Customer Service Representative
Location: Dietikon, Switzerland

Precisa Gravimetrics AG is one of Switzerland’s leading innovators in the field of weighing and analysis technology. Since 1935, Precisa has been developing and manufacturing first-class precision balances, moisture analyzers, thermogravimetric instruments, and industrial measurement solutions – all developed and produced in Switzerland and used worldwide.
Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (100%) (m/f/d) in Dietikon, starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement – with the possibility of assuming
Head of Customer Service in the medium term.
Your main tasks:
- Receiving reports of malfunctions and questions regarding our products or deliveries
- Recording and updating cases in the ERP system and folder structure
- Interpreting reports and troubleshooting based on existing data, requesting additional details as needed
- Partially reproducing the fault or conducting internal investigations
- Following up on reports until completion
- Handling repairs, primarily on our highest-quality device
- Performing “prepASH” service calls
- Occasional on-site service/repair visits for “prepASH” in Switzerland and neighboring countries (normally one-day trips) and, in the medium term, also multi-day trips worldwide, approximately 2-4 times per year
- Conducting repair/service training for all Precisa products in the medium term
- Worldwide, approximately 6 times per year
