Customer Service Representative
Location: Dietikon, Switzerland

Precisa Gravimetrics AG is one of Switzerland’s leading innovators in the field of weighing and analysis technology. Since 1935, Precisa has been developing and manufacturing first-class precision balances, moisture analyzers, thermogravimetric instruments, and industrial measurement solutions – all developed and produced in Switzerland and used worldwide.
Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (100%) (m/f/d) in Dietikon, starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement – with the possibility of assuming
Head of Customer Service in the medium term.
Your main tasks:
- Receiving reports of malfunctions and questions regarding our products or deliveries
- Recording and updating cases in the ERP system and folder structure
- Interpreting reports and troubleshooting based on existing data, requesting additional details as needed
- Partially reproducing the fault or conducting internal investigations
- Following up on reports until completion
- Handling repairs, primarily on our highest-quality device
- Performing “prepASH” service calls
- Occasional on-site service/repair visits for “prepASH” in Switzerland and neighboring countries (normally one-day trips) and, in the medium term, also multi-day trips worldwide, approximately 2-4 times per year
- Conducting repair/service training for all Precisa products in the medium term
- Worldwide, approximately 6 times per year

Marketing Assistant - Dietikon
Precisa Marketing Assistant (80%)
Place of work: Dietikon, Switzerland
As a Swiss manufacturer of precision balances, Precisa is one of the technological leaders in the industry and supplies customers in over 90 countries. We have a proud heritage of precision and expertise and this year celebrate our 90th year in manufacturing.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing (based in the UK), the Marketing Assistant will fully support the marketing for Precisa on all fronts to provide the Business with a cohesive, collaborative and responsive marketing & communications function. They will assist with content development, digital marketing, website maintenance, exhibition and conferences preparation and reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning – with support of the Head of Marketing
– Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing planning & reporting.
– Analyse localized market trends and customer insights.
– Develop marketing plans and value propositions.
Digital Marketing & Brand Ownership
– Plan and optimise digital campaigns.
– Implement SEO and GEO best practices.
– Maintain analytics dashboards and drive optimization.
– Implement marketing automation workflows (CRM and Mailchimp).
– Develop lead-generation processes and reports.
– Maintain global brand Display. Design and printed collateral.
– Initiate and design creative assets.
– Support creation of new website (late 2026).
– Manage website updates, UX, content and performance
– Liaise with Developers for constant improvements.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
– Develop a content strategy and pipeline.
– Produce blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and support the design team with product materials.
Product Marketing
– Lead go-to-market activities.
– Create product positioning and sales tools.
Events & Exhibitions
– Support the Marketing and Events executive on all Precisa presence at trade shows.
– Manage event communications and logistics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work with sales, product management and international teams.
Required Education & Experience
– German Mother Tongue and Fluent English.
– Marketing-related qualification or equivalent work experience.
– Skilled with MS Office, CRM, CMS, analytics a flair for design and knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, In Design, Adobe Premier Pro)
– Experience in working with websites (inc. CMS software) and blogs.
– Experience of building workflows (Hubspot, Mailchimp)
– Experience of using analytical marketing tools – (SEM Rush, G4, Google Power BI Dashboards)
– Strong understanding and practical knowledge of social media.
