Definition / Usage of GLP header and GLP footer

The protocol output of the GLP header and the GLP footer, configured here under the system settings, is generally valid for all applications.

The GLP protocol output must be added via the context menu of the application if it is required in the respective application (see below Usage of GLP header and GLP footer in the applications).

Define the GLP Header and the GLP Footer

Depending what you like to define choose the Header or the Footer.

Define the layout

By clicking the [Edit] button an extensive selection of pre-defined text/function items are presented. By selecting them they are moved to the right column. Representing the protocol-layout.

Moving items

The items can be moved by drag & drop functionality.

Deleting items

By selecting the items, they turn to red. Additionally a waste bin is shown in the lower left corner. By selecting the waste bin the selected items is deleted.

Protocol Items

Most of the Items are self-explaining or have a description where those can be defined.

Please note that you have to set the text paragraphs so that they appear in the appropriate place in the log.

Usage of GLP header and GLP footer in the applications

Adding the items GLP header or GLP footer at the context menu Protocol of the desired application:

- Open the layout of the application's header with the [Edit] button

- Add the item GLP header to the application header
